300 Yard Shuttle

The 300 yard shuttle tests the player’s extended speed and quickness. Many professional organizations put their players through this test during spring training. Great off-season tip for speed training and a solid benchmark of where you stand! The goal: finish 1st set under a minute, 2 minute rest, finish 2nd set under a minute. Good luck!
