Crossfit Baseball

Crossfit training is the principal strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness experience like no other. It is broad, general, and inclusive. Crossfit is for the extreme athlete that has the willingness and drive to compete at a high level. These high intensity, high octane workouts will take your game to a new plane.

Group Crossfit Session Rates (Maximum 5 students)

- Members- $25/session       – Non-members- $30/session

 

 

Individual Crossfit Session Rates (all first time crossfit students are required to do an individual session in order to learn lifting techniques)

- Members- $30/session       - Non-members- $35/session

 

 

Pay In Bulk Group Session Rates:

16  sessions for: $280 (approx. 4/week)                                                    16 sessions for $320

 

12  sessions  for: $240 (approx. 3/week)                                                   12 session for:$280

8 sessions for: $180 (approx. 2/week)                                                        8 sessions for: $200

4 sessions for: $100 (normal rate)                                                                4 sessions for: $120

 

 

Crossfit Group Sessions Schedule:

 Mon. & Wed.  5pm-6pm

             Tues. & Thurs. 5pm-6pm

-Schedule due to change when classes begin to fill.
